2 Surgical Services Nurse Managers with Director level Experience

What you get to do: 

• Report directly to the VP of Perioperative Service Line  (no director level people in this org chart)
• Oversee the day to day operational activities of 23 OR’s including the most acute cases, i.e., neuro, heart and lung transplants, pediatrics
• Manage 137 FTE’s
• Annual volume of 12,400 and growing
• Budget of $59 million

Qualifications:

• BSN, MSN (Baccalaureate and Master’s degrees in nursing are required. )
• CNOR or earned within 6 months
• Academic experience is a big plus
• Minimum of five years experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with knowledge of budgetary process, quality and safety, change management
• Experience in a unionized setting a plus but not mandatory

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Licensed as Registered Nurse in the State of Florida

Salary Range: 106K up to 135K based on education and experience with 10% annual incentive performance bonus; relocation assistance
